Vocational training for young people from favelas in service businesses
UNIBES is a Brazilian NGO which aims to improve access conditions to the labour market by underprivileged classes through education. Supported by Accor Hospitality Brazil since 2002, more than 200 staff members are already mentors of these young people.
Over 3 years, Accor corporate Foundation project’s objective is to help 60 young people; aged 16 to 25, from underprivileged areas in the Brazilian city of São Paulo enter the labour market through a general focus and technical teaching program in service activities.
