Mentoring young people
For four years, Daniel Cunin, director of the Novotel Limoges le Lac, and several employees in his hotel have been very involved in supporting the "Mission Locale" of the Limoges urban area. This is a structure whose primary aim is to support young jobseekers aged from 16 to 25 in their professional and social integration.
A mentoring system has been set up between young people in difficult circumstances, who have already been supported by the Mission Locale for six months, and volunteers (executives, company heads, etc.) who personally support these young people in their search for employment. They help them write a CV, train them for job interviews or help them work on self-presentation, attitudes, by making them benefit at the same moment from their experiment and from their knowledge of the professional network.
