4 steps for a project

1/ Receiving the project form

The Foundation receives Project applications through email, post or fax. Forms must be fully completed and all documents required must be attached.

2/ Verifying eligibility

The Foundation team first checks that the project proposed fulfils the following criteria: field of intervention, country of intervention, involvement of group employees.

3/ Assessing the project

The Foundation assesses the project and asks the Cultural Zone Expert concerned for their recommandation.

4/ Selecting the project

The project is evaluated and chosen for a final selection, with 2 possibilities:

  • The project requires funding under 20 000 €

The project is presented for consideration to the Operatioal Committee, which meets every three months. If the project is selected, funding can be made available in a matter of weeks following the decision.

  • The project requires funding over 20 000 €

The project is presented for consideration to the Board of directors, which meets once a year.
