Unibes

The Accor Foundation project’s objective is to help 60 young people enter the labour market through a general focus and technical teaching program in service activities.

The young people are aged 16 to 25 and come from underprivileged areas in São Paulo.

This youth training experience lasts three years and covers:

  • Classroom theory (1st year): manners and behaviour at work, customer service and making decisions;
  • Workshop practice (2nd and 3rd year): organising events, sales methods, human resources, logistics, telemarketing…

These workshops last more than 700 hours and prepare learners to start working productively as soon as they qualify. About 60 Group employees are sponsoring them and coaching them through their career plans.
