Project

Tremblement de terre Christchurch

The Accor Foundation mobilized alongside the New-Zealand Red Cross to help the population of Christchurch after the devastating earthquake on 22 February.

An emergency fund of €20,000 has been earmarked by the Accor Foundation to finance supply drinking in Christchurch. It will help the New-Zealand Red Cross to purchasse 2,000 water containers (a total of 60,000 litres).

The Accor Foundation invited employees wishing to help to make a direct donation on the New-Zealand Red Cross:

This donation is coming on the top of local fundraising initiatives: the 29 hotels of Oceania will donate NZ$2 (€1) for every room sold during a month in order to raise urgent funds in aid of the Christchurch earthquake relief effort.
