- Project 2009: The project focused on coaching by pro-bono legal, marketing, communication and other professionals to help job-seekers in difficulty to find and keep jobs. Daniel Cunin, who sponsored this project, is also mentoring a youth. Mentors help youths to draft CVs, coach them for their recruitment interviews, take them on tours around business firms, etc. Hotel department managers sat on panels to run mock job interviews.
- Project 2010: Besides continuing the mentorship programme, the second project also involved running “P@rés à l’Emploi” (job-ready) workshops with mentors and a specialised coach. These workshops show job-seekers how to use the Internet to boost their chances of finding work, and how to highlight their skills and experience more efficiently during job interviews with role-plays.
support €13,000 in 2010 and €12,000 in 2009
